Methotrexate info needed ASAP! Anyone with Dr.Hale book?

I've found this link which says it's ok to breastfeed during/after metho shot for ectopic, can anyone who has dr.hale's book confirm?

I know my son is over 2, but it would KILL him to no be able to nurse. He still gets at least 80% of his food/liquids from nursing!

This is what it says about methotrexate in my 2002 Hale's:
Lactation Risk: L3 for acute use, L5 for chronic use
AAP: contraindicated in breastfeeding mothers
Pediatric concerns: None reported via milk, but caution is recommended
