first time posting...needing help

I know this is not the subject you talk about in here but I know you ladies are educated and I need advice/\. I am sitting here in a little pain, not BAD pain but concerning pain. We are ttc #2, and I am supposed to get AF today. I feel like she is comming any minute, but still not here yet. I am spotting brown with a little discharge. But the main thing is the pain I am having , it is like bad menstrual cramps but it is a little higher up and around through my back. Should I be concerned? Any advice>

I would be concerned.

Lower back (waiste area) pain that wraps around to the front would describe my mentrual cramps and my labor pains.

Mid and upper back pain is a classic heart attack symptom in women.

If it doesn't get better with maybe some heat, I would consider calling either your insurance nurse line or your doctor's nurse line.

You could also have a kidney infection or bladder infection, esp if the pain is increasing and/or you start getting a fever. Maybe a call to your doctor is a good idea, you could most likely speak to an advice nurse who can tell you if you should come in for an exam or not. Hope you feel better.
