This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

None at all!!
I
the Diva Cup. Holds 3x as much as a super plus tampon, it's healthier, no chemicals, no allergy risk (like with the Keeper), super easy, and CHEAP!

I use the Sea Pearls as well when at home and love them. There are times when I'm going out that I won't have the facilities to wash them out so I do use the NatraCare organics as well. I've also used Organic Essentials brand. They are both shaped the same and the absorbancies are similar with like sizes so I just buy whatever is least expensive. I find the NatraCare at www.drugstore.com for decent prices if you spend 49 dollars and get the free shipping.. and I always seem to need something.
The Diva Cup is a great idea and I'd recommend trying it. But for whatever reason my canal is shaped differently and it just does not fit comfortably for me however I try it.

i normally use cloth pads but have used natracare on occasion. i do find that the applicators do sometimes stick though. (but that is the UK version so the north amercian ones maybe different?)
