Thanks for sharing the story! I had never gotten to read a story of someone who had twins that weren't premies. Almost thought it couldn't be done seeing as hardly anybody does it. Wonderful story! Babies look great!

Awesome!

I'm so excited when I hear a peaceful twin birth story. I also birthed my full-term twins in water (although they were only 8 pounds each ). My birth story: www.birthbalance.com/stories/zachamelia.shtml. It was an extremely spiritual experience for me. They will be two next month and they're doing fantastic!

I hope you contact Barbara Harper (author of Gentle Birth Choices) @ Waterbirth International (www.waterbirth.org). She is collecting a list of water babies in hopes of gaining acknowledgement from the medical community about the benefits and safety of waterbirth. Also, I'm sure she'd love to hear your story and see your photos.

Stories like yours are an inspiration on so many levels. YOU ARE AWESOME! Thank you for sharing.

holy super-mama!!! That is amazing. Those babies were humunguos. A big huge congratulations!!! It must feel like such a blessing. I love their names too. I have two different friends with new babies, and they named them Indigo and Taran, respectively. I love the name Naiya too. I considered it for my littles.
