What am I doing wrong?

I am learning to knit.....

I am using a few books and some online sites and I can now cast on, I just figured out how to knit on however after the first 2 stitches its sooo tight I cant get another stitch on. How do I make looser stitches?? :

when you wrap the yarn, make sure it's loose

i pull it way loose then tighten up just alittle.

When I first learned to knit I knit super tight too. I could barely get the needle through and it hurt my fingers. As you get more practice it will loosen up.
