Hmmm. Now 12 weeks and I still haven't been able to keep down a prenatal. I wonder if the primacare would work for me, gelcap that slides down easily with no "repeating."

Gosh, I know I am not eating as well as I could be if I wasn't vomiting; I really want to find something to take.

I take my ds' Flinstones chewables. They stay down and that is what matters to me.

I regularly take Juice Plus (so does my daughter)and a quality omega 3 (EPA-DHA). In addition (when I am pregnant), I take the Metagenics Pre-natal. It has a multi, calcium and magnesium. It is all formulated to be really easy on pregnant tummies too. I found the magnesium really helpful in my last pregnancy.
