Bernina Embroidery Machines~ Need input

Hi, I have been thinking about buying another embroidery machine. I am interested in a Bernina. Which one do you have? And how do you like it? Is the Deco an option? Does it work as competent as an Artista? I am full of ?'s so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Nancy

We had a Deco for a few days, lol, but decided to return it until we could afford an Artista. i don't know a whole ton about the differences, but the Artista allows for custom design work in a fairly simple manner, which is what we really want. The Deco did beautiful work and was super easy to use. Bernina rocks, but I guess it would depend on what you want it to be able to do.

I went with a different brand when I bought my machine. I'm chiming in because I wish I had saved up for the top of the line instead of getting what I could afford at the time. I've been in an embroidery workshop with others & people seemed really pleased with their babylocks & husqvarnas. I haven't heard anyone complain about their Bernina re embroidery, just noticed that there weren't as many in the classes.

I hope that's at least mildly helpful....
