I just found a brand new cheery stone pillow at the used shop! Yeah! The directions (in Japanese) say you can microwave or use the oven. The tag on the inside says no microwave.
What temp do you heat the stones up at? How long? So you use the microwave, or no.
Any other tips or ideas for using most welcome.
