I haven't taken mine in about a week or so. I was taking it about every other day, simply because I kept forgetting to do it. But that's when I began to notice that it didn't seem to do much with my energy levels or tests. Everything seems to come back fine. We eat a lot of meat (dh is a carnivore) and I've been trying to up my protein sources (more eggs and such in the diet). I've also just read my MW's handbook which stresses a balanced meal, so I'm also trying to make sure I get enough vit. C to help absorb and etc., etc.,... So I just started wondering how useful is that supplement if one is eating well.
