Mucus Plug anyone?

As weird as it sounds, I noticed a piece of my mucus plug on the toilet paper when I used the bathroom before bed last night. I was so excited! Last time I went into labor about 4 days after my mucus plug started coming out. I'm not exactly counting on that, but I know it's soon!
With your prior pregnancies, how long after you lost your plug, or pieces of it, did you go into labor?


Okay, does anyone know why when you type certain words that it turns them into a link (blue words with double underlines) that goes to some advertisement? I had to edit this because for some reason this site turned my words "toilet paper" into a link to a janitorial supply company that sells toilet paper. I had to edit it to try to fix it! It's really annoying!

I was just going to say something about this! I started getting nice gouts of blood-streaked mucus coming out of me this morning - woo hoo! Not that it means much for me - I lost the whole dang thing in one big glob a month or so before the birth of my first baby, and didn't even notice any mucus with a couple of the others.....but it was neat to be noticing something so "normal", yk?
I'm 37 weeks today, so it could be any time for me I'm excited!

I haven't lost anything yet this time.

But with DS #1 I lost it in one big glob in the middle of the night....went into labor the next day and DS was born at 2:16am...almost exactly 24 hrs. after losing the plug.

I lost mine this morning...so we'll see I dont remember losing it with Lauren, so this is a first!

I've never lost mine with any of my pregnancies...so I don't even know what it really looks like. I had some mucous a few days before I gave birth, but it was nothing like a glob or anything significant. Maybe this time will be different? I'd get pretty excited to see that on the TP

I don't remember losing it at all with my first, with my second I lost it in one big glob and went into labor about an hour later, with my third I lost pieces of it for about 3 weeks before labor. So.... no rhyme or reason!!!

I would be totally excited to see it now though, it means progress in any case

I just had a stripe of it on the 22 of Jan (a Saturday). Then Monday (24th) it came out all day long and my little guy was born Tues. the 25th.

I really should go post my birth story.......
