21 Menus.. - Page 2

I find with using my 21 menus there is plenty of room in the month if you want to try new recipies I do that quite often, and if they pass the family taste test, they may get added to the 21 menu list....

Here's mine, don't laugh. You will notice a trend, I hate touching raw beef, so I don't cook a lot of it, LOL!

Chicken and Black Bean Soup (Crockpot)
Fish Tacos
Chicken Tacos
Cheese Enchaladas
Chicken Enchaladas
Spagetti
Ham & Potatoes
Chicken Cordon Blue
Italian Chicken and Pasta
Chicken Nuggets (homemade)
Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken Roll Ups
Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Stir Fry w/veggies and rice
Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing
Italian Chicken and Pasta (Crockpot Style)
BBQ Beef Sandwiches (Crockpot)
Chicken, Rice and Bean Burritos (Crockpot)
Chili and Cornbread
Beef Stroganoff
Layered Chicken Enchaladas

Like I said in OP, my family pretty much eats the same things over and over. I try to throw in a new recipe one a week or so, maybe not quite that often. I totally LOVE Recipezaar!!

Let's see... You will see my recipies are super, super easy...

Fish Tacos are just frozen Gorton's Fisherman Grilled Fish Fillets, Corn Torillas, Pico De Gallo and what ever veggies we have on hand at the moment.

Chicken Tacos you just hrow chicken breasts, diced tomatos and a taco seasoning packet into the crockpot. Cook, and then shred chicken with two forks. Make tacos.

Italian chicken is exactly the same, only use spagetti sauce dry mix instead of taco mix and serve over pasta

I will post the other two in a bit, I have a book club meeting right now, LOL!!.

Sigh. I dream of having a 21 (or even 10!) meal rotation!! DH and DD are so picky, we rotate between spagetti, chicken nuggets, pizza, and rigatoni/elbow mac. No really, we do. I've been adding some spinach, sauted with garlic to all of my stuff, but they only eat their stuff plain. I'm gonna start living on this board to get recipes for me and the baby(so far, he likes veggies-cross your fingers for me, will you?).

That's exactly what I'm planning to do. It may use up more paper and feel redundant, but sometimes I just need to do what works for me. This is going to be fun!

Okay, Crockpot chicken and stuffing

chicken breasts (how ever many you need I use 2)
one can low sodium cream of chicken
one can low sodium cream of mushroom
one package of dry stuffing mix (I use stovetop sourdough)
one cup milk
swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter

Place chicken breast on bottom of crockpot, top each with one slice of cheese. Mix soups and milk together, pour over chicken. Top with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Cook about 6 hours on low.

Chicken and Black Bean Soup

Boneless Chicken breast
Salsa
Chicken Broth
Canned Black Beans
Corn Tortillas
Sour Cream

Place chicken breasts into crockpot. Pour salsa over the top, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 5 hours. Add Black Beans and Corn Tortillas. Cook for one hour more. Serve, top with dollop of sour cream.
