dd is 2.5 and I'd like to show her some birth pics to help her get used to the idea.

I saved these in my favorites, birth1 , and birth2 . They're of homebirths and they show the baby coming out. I showed them to my then 2.5 y.o. ds and he thought they were cool. He ended up not seeing the actual birth but came in right after and saw the placenta coming out. He was very intrigued by that, lol.

Anyways, there's a link at the bottom of those pages that lead back to a huge list of homebirth stories w/ pics. Maybe you've already seen it, I don't know.

this is a story i made for my kids when i was having my last...it is on a VERY unfinished web iste (in fact i think there are likely spelling mistakes) not photos either.. but it is a tory geared to help them understand, but without using words like pain, or fear...
