do you save your meal plans?

I've asked this before, but I'm still wondering.

If you do, why? Do you use them as a reference? How do you organize them? Do you make "corrections" before you archive them? (If you in fact did not make tacos on Feb. 2, but instead had spaghetti.)

TIA,

I have an 8-week meal plan that I created on the computer, so, essentially, we are having the same things this week that we had 8 weeks ago.

Since it's a static thing, I don't worry about whether or not we have had exactly what I had listed on the meal plan.

Namaste!

Back to my 21 menu's post, I keep mine, but not what I ate on what day. In fact, when I do my weekly menus, I don't assign a specific day to a specific dinner, cause we never know when DH will have to go to work until that day, so I look at my weekly list, then decide in the morning what to make. Does that make sense?
