Am I the only one annoyed by this? - Page 2

For what it's worth, I emailed the owner of the store and mentioned that the blurb under the bib does a disservice to women and children everywhere. :LOL

She emailed me back with a string of foul language and asked, "what the bleep are you talking about?"

I figured the response would be about that intelligent.

Sorry to disagree with those of you who thought this person's clothing line was "cute," but I personally thought it was tacky and disgusting and I'm not surprised he/she would make such an uneducated comment.

I think what Harper meant is babies can NOT bite while actively sucking. Yes they can change the positioning and stop sucking and bite, but when actively sucking they can't.
Thank you!! I haven't been back to this thread for awhile so I wasn't defending myself! That is all I meant. When people assume that you have to stop breastfeeding when babies have teeth, they are assuming that it has to hurt--that they are using their teeth somehow. I have also been bitten while breastfeeding so I get it, okay. I was being very literal. I really didn't know I was doing anyone a disservice.

Having gone back and looked at this seller's other items, I no longer think the bib is cute. I find the whole collection vulgar.

She sent me a follow-up email. Told me that she forwarded my email to all her friends, and they said I need to get a sense of humor and a life.
