totally normal and common, at this point baby can change positions frequently-so don't do anything to change position

Totally normal and no need to stress at this point.
FWIW I had numerous ultrasounds from 24-25 wks daily to determine her position (since i was about to deliver very soon) and she changed positions almost daily, head up, down, up, down, so they do change quite frequently even over a small amount of time this early on.

I agree--no reason to worry now. If he is still breech around 36 weeks, you can find a chiropracter who knows the Webster Technique--very light pressure on a few tendons. It worked for us at about 38 weeks and we were able to deliver vaginally.
