Okay, last Friday or Saturday I sent Albertsons an E-mail saying how annoyed I was at the fact that their baby formula (Baby Basics) has a large picture of a baby on the front of it. I specified how it violated the WHO Breastmilk Substitute Code, and gave them web addresses where they could view the code in full. (Sorry I can't post it, I forgot to copy it.)
TODAY, I recieve a call from a lady (she stated her full name) who said that she was with Albertsons headcourters. She wanted to verify that I was the one who had sent the E-mail, and she thanked me VERY much (she actually used that phrase) for bringing it to their attention. She said that their managers are looking into it! I never expected a personal response, especially so fast!
I've also noticed that they've taked all but the largest cans of "Baby Basics" formula off of the shelves, and this is in every Albertsons I've been to!

Wow. that is great. If I see our Albertsons following suit I'll be sure to email them and give them support.
