Anyone know about EFA transfer in breastmilk?

We're hoping to successfully help our 2 year old's speech (slow) with EFAs, but having problems finding a kid version that is either vegetarian OR in the proper amounts (1.5 to 1 EPA/DHA). I'm considering taking an adult form myself since I've read they pass well in breastmilk. Anyone have info??????

I don't have time to research now,but I imagine you would find tons of info googling EFA breastfeeding.

Some little ones are slow talkers just because. Our first was an early chatter box and second sat around until almost three before she really had more than a few words. Then she took off with full sentences and has not stopped since...

What I do know is that the breast will produce EFAs on demand if the mother's diet is lacking in them.
