I don't have any advice for you, but wanted to offer a cyber hug. If this is really bothering you and you feel that it is the med that is the problem, you might talk to your doctor about switching meds. Lexapro is supposed to have a much less likelyhood of sexual side effects, but is still in the ssri category.
I had a friend who talked to her doctor about the problem and he suggested several things that might help. One of them was another med that suppresses the ssri for a short time to allow for a little "fun." I can't remember whether it is called a selective seretonin uptake (rather than
reuptake) inhibitor, but that comes to mind. She also had good luck with a glass or two of wine when she wanted to get in the mood. A little alcohol works for me and my naturally low sex drive. Heck, that's how we got our third child.
