Nipple Pain during ovulation & premenstrual

Does anyone know if I can do anything about the pain I experience about ½ of the month because of ovulation and before my period? My period came back when dd was about 8 months old. She's 12 months now. Is there a supplement I can take or something that might help?

I don't have any suggestions but just wanted to let you know you are not alone....And I am not even breastfeeding at the moment and can't imagine trying to do that with that pain... Hope someone can help...Love mylie xx

I am also not breastfeeding at the moment, haven't since about June... and since about Octoober I've had pain in my nipples and breasts - breast feels terribly sore and nipples actually HURT! around both my period (for at least 3 days or more before it comes) and around ovulation. my cycles are really long too so I always think I'm pregnant

I'd love to hear if anyone has any ideas.

I used to have PCOs and I suppose I have it again - I haven't gone for any testing...

I started Atkins in the end of november to help get this under control and although I'm losing weight I am still having awful cycles.
