Fluff Factory thread for 2/22/05 - Page 2

So where are the bidders on that beautiful Fairy in the Sky KP? If that were larger I might be making that my birthday fluff.
I love that Fairy cover.... I also love the KP/FB newborn set. Very droolworthy.

I may be selling my body out on the streets pretty soon because I am still waiting for the Luxe set I want to come on.

That or actually start putting out for DH and dazzle him with sex so he doesn't notice where my paychecks are going :LOL

I am just hoping that the big spenders will wear themselves out on the MM, KP, Fussybut, elbee etc stuff, so some of my bids will stick.

Dh nixed selling the kids. : He doesn't see the point of buying diaper stuff if we don't have any babes. I tried to explain it was for charity, but he just doesn't get it. They are both really cute. I think on the auction block I could probably get enough to outbid Pixie or Kate on something. What do you think? I could sell just one of them. That might get me enough for some second tier hyena fluff....
:

Yeah...my DH is kind of attached to ours as well...and some days they are so darn ornery that I don't know if I'd get a plug nickel for them!! :LOL

I don't think I have wanted something so much. Seriously. I mean, forget the KIYP Wisteria... I want this set so bad I can taste it. I love my wool collection but this... this is something I would keep forever. It kind of makes me misty!

:LOL at the KiwiButt. I am also hoping that people get overspent before it is all over and save something for me, but I have a feeling some of the hyenas around here have deep pockets. I am trying to console myself and believe I will some day get a Fussybutt custom slot. If you believe something long enough it comes true, right?

I feel the same way. suns are my "thing." but, it is starting to get too rich for my blood, charity or not. it's at almost $400! we'll see. It's just absolutely gorgeous. of course, as we discussed on the eBay fussybutt thread, that's a chance the medium isn't even going to fit! hopefully that dipe arrives today and I can find out for sure.

so what's your absolute MAX you'll go on this? :LOL

I wonder if it is too late to suggest a raffle for one of the prize items/baskets???

I am drooling over so many items and cant decide what to bid on!!!!

Look at that cover in the pic of OC in my siggy. That's a blue sky Kiwi! It's gorgeous. Oh, but to have a fairy on it! Some people should get to bidding!

Does that mean it might be mine?? I'm sure there are several people lying in wait to bump me out in the end though.

I would LOVE to have the Mr. Peabody custom slot! After seeing those hey diddle diddle shorts I WANT her to make me something.

I think this is the first month I've actually been GLAD I wasn't pregnant! :LOL There is NO way I would have been able to pass up all of this newborn stuff!

go to "user's control panel" (you have to be logged in) then you can click "your bids" and click on each individually to see if you are high bidder. there may be a better way but that works pretty easily.

I also am a great admirer of that Fussybutt set. I even contemplated bidding for a split second, but after realizing that the current bid is just about the same as my car payment-I had to pass. I think it is for a wonderful cause-esp. since 50% of the proceeds will be donated.

So. . .I am so jealous of the mama who gets to take that set home.
