Good experience

We're due for one.

DH and I went to visit a potential Day Care Provider.

We checked the place out and sat down for questions. DH wanted to make sure that a lack of circumcision wasn't an issue (some may remember that he was on the fence but we turned him down the right path). DCP says "No problem, almost no one is circumcised anymore".

Of course, her experience is limited, but it gives me hope.

Huh?

O.k., maybe I'm waaayyyy out of the loop here, but day care providers can refuse to take a baby because he's not circ'ed?????? That's outrageous!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure the OP was saying that *they* (the parents) wanted to make sure that the DCP knew how to care for an intact penis correctly, THAT'S the issue.

Whateverdidiwants is correct.

DH is worried that someone might attempt retraction. I think it's a valid concern. DCP will also take on cloth diapers

OOOOOHHHHH! I definitely agree that is a concern. I thought you meant that dh was checking to see if they would take ds in the provider's care.

Thanks for clarifying!
