When this topic was first posted I found some money for my brother. He got a check for around $300 and was vert thankful.

Thanks so much for bumping this! And thank you Tracy for starting this (and for getting me into the spirituality thread that got me visualizing - connection? I think so )

Dh checked one of these sites out months and months ago and found he was owed money and then. . . . . we totally forgot to do anything about it,

I looked him up again today and he's owed "more than $100" by his old mortgage company in Washington State where he moved from about 15 years ago. He followed the links and got an email back saying he'll get a check within 10 days.

I'm so excited He must have overpaid a mortgage payment or maybe it's left over from when he sold the house. Wow, it's like Christmas coming early Just in time for dd's birthday and we want to buy her a new bike

Thanks for the link..DH's grandmother passed away in January. She had a lot of money and stashed it away in different places. We'll probably never find it all. I didn't find anything today but I'm going to check back every once in awhile.

I found some for my mom, and 3 of my deceased grandparents. Also possibly 2 of my BILs. I think I should get a finders fee! LOL!!!

I was surprised to find I had a savings account from childhood. I bet it has about 12 cents in it. :P I looked up some names I knew and did find like 5 accounts from a family we are close to, so I let them know.

I just found about $1000 and some old Pepsi stocks for a friend, in her deceased mother and fathers name, but she's the heir so its great!!

And an undisclosed amount for my MIL havent been able to get a hold of her.
And a listing for my husbands aunt.

Found some for me...but I don't know if I can prove I lived at the address listed...from 15 years ago! Also found $$ for my sis, brother, SIL, and several friends. Oh, and DH's company -- he's going to alert the company controller.

Thanks! I've never taken the time to check because I was sure there'd be nothing for me but I checked and I have over $50! I do have to find something with that address on it from about 8 yrs ago....I'm sure I can after some serious searching. Thanks for the link!!!

Question- if it has your name listed, does that mean that there is definitely something there for you?

ETA: I just read some of the other posts and I'm going to assume that's what it means I found 6 listings for my deceased grandparents. I will call my Dad and tell him about it.
