I am so in love with that new MM coffee addition!!!
I love seeing what there is new everyday. I am so impressed with all the kindness.
As far as all the charity percentage disscussion......talked to DH about it. He told me that it is tacky to talk about $ in that light :LOL

Have you seen the other items? There's a Freshies auction up that I have been drooling all over... even though our tax refund is in, we have to pay for sidewalk installation... boo hiss at the city of Findlay on that one... so that has curtailed my spending habits! But I do have a few bids in on some auctions over there.

Jenna just got some Benjamuffins nighttime dipes... loved them so much, I put in a bid on a daytime dipe, and I think I will be bidding on some more of those. SHe has quite a bit up right now.

I didnt mean that people shouldnt bid high or early - I personallly dont (on ebay or anywhere else, YK?) I am a last minute bidder for the most part.

I REALLY want MM and I think those 100% ones are my ticket to happiness :LOL

I think everything there is beautiful and for a good cause. If I bid on anything it is going to be a 100% auction. I really think that MM soaker is gorgeous!!!

This is my first FF auction and I'm AMAZED at the $390 bid on the Fussybutt set. Is this typical for hyena fluff???

Great post Meredith. It is good that the questions on people's minds were brought out into the open. And it is amazing to see the generosity of not only the WAHMs auctioning their wares, but also the from the bidders! I can't wait until the end to see how much AFO will get.
Not to belabor the donation % point, but I had one thing to add. As many others have said, in addition to the percentage auctions, just about every WAHM involved either has up a 100% auction (sometimes many, many 100% auctions), or they donated to several of the 100% baskets. While their percentage auctions may go over retail, they have still donated more than just the time and materials of that one auction. Looking at all of the work invested and items made, both their percentage auctions and their 100% auctions, there are very few, if any, that will have more than retail in their pockets when all is said and done.
I hope that people will appreciate the spirit in which this event is organized. To give the best way we know how, to a cause that is dear to us.

Is anyone else DREAMING, literally dreaming, about "their" auctions?! LOL! I didn't get any good quality sleep last night, I kept waking up from this dream where the auction is almost over and I'm trying to log in to up my bid and I can't!!!! I most have had that dream two dozen times!!!!I will be really happy when my most coveted item is over with! And if I actually win... I may need to have a parade or something!

Does anyone know if the auctions that are currently up are pretty much it (aside from the couple of remaining hot auctions?) I want to bid on some stuff but I've only got a certain amount of money that I can use...I don't want to bid on one thing and then see something else listed that catches my eye. I also don't want to wait till the last second to bid though because I'm not a big fan of that myself and I wouldn't want to do it to anyone else.

I am winning both of these right now. However, I fully expect Kate to outlast me on the Fussybutt, and who knows what will happen with the rest of it?!? I absolutely everything I am bidding on, though, and it's all for a good cause, so I'm happy with where the money is going!

I have a set budget (although a pretty big one, I admit) that I can't exceed, so like I said, we shall see what happens.
