DD wears a dipe at night, only. I put her in a SWW as that's the only cover that I have that fits her and she's comfy in. She dosn't like wool or FOE which is what I put on all our PUL covers. The problem is that the SWWs are dieing and I need to replace them. Do I just buy more or is there an option I don't know about so I can make them? TIA!

You could use PUL, procare or heavyweight windpro and do them turned and topstitched.

i'm not familiar with SWW. :

i'm assuming you're looking for a lightweight fabric? how about DWR nylon taffeta? http://www.owfinc.com/Fabrics/NylonWoven/taffeta.asp they have something called "baby pant" material. i havent tried it, but i've been tempted!

SWW is a bummis super whisper wrap. I guess what I'm looking for is a way to make a pul or fleece cover that is a wrap that doesn't have foe next to her skin. I like the turned and topstitched idea but I don't know how to do it. Any suggestions?

for a t&t cover, you use 2 layers of whatever material you choose, cut it from your pattern, making sure to give yourself a 1/4 in. seam allowance all around. Then place right sides together and stitch 1/4 in. in, starting from the front panel, all the way around, but leave the front panel open, so you can turn it right side out. Next, mark where you want to put your leg elastic, then sew it onto the seam allowance. Do this on the back panel if you want, too. Then trim all the extra seam allowances and turn your diaper right side out. Turn in the edges on the front panel, and straight stitch close to the edge all the way around, making sure to pull your elastic really tight and sewing in a 1/4 in., to prevent sewing over your elastic. The elastic should slide back and forth in the 'casing' you've created (like on a Fuzzibunz)

here is a tutorial to give you an idea, if I've managed to confuse you
