My ob appt and ultrasound....

I had my first ob appt on wed and the ob said I felt about 8-10 weeks but on the us she did not see much so she had blood work done. My hcg level came back at 3,097 so she sent me for a more detailed us and the tech measured me at 5w1d(there was just sac).

Do you think those numbers sound right?

My dates are off because I am breastfeeding and my cycles are very irregular. However I do think I o'd on Feb 3

I know it's early but I want to make sure everything will be ok.

If you o'd on February 3rd, you follow me by one day, and I am only five and a half weeks. If that date is correct, you wouldn't be seeing much on ultrasound at this point, and the tech's measurements are likely pretty accurate. Repeating an u/s in two weeks or so would probably show you a whole lot more. I know it's pretty common to measure ahead in the first half of pregnancy after your first baby.
