Wow, cute baby! I love his hair!!

I really like that shade of blue in the diaper too, maybe it's the angle but it looks kind of wide through the middle - is it stuffed for nighttime? Is it a pocket diaper? I love how much better we get over time and thank goodness, if all of my diapers were like my first I wouldn't still be sewing them I don't think! :LOL

Good job!

Your boys are too cute! I love the sleeping pic. I love the frog fabric on your 'best' diaper, I have some of that in my stash! The dipe looks great, I agree with Jenn that you could trim the stride down a bit if you wanted.

Can't wait to see diaper #4!!

lol ok i am soo lost. heres what i did
i copied an sos diaper on the purple(looks blue :LOL ) fabric and the frogs.
i cut up a gerber prefold (i have a ton of them and btw it probly wont hold nothing cuz its made with batting!!! ewww!!) anyway i stiched that onto the back fabric (the frogs. stiched the sides and back with elastic then stiched all around with a straight stich. turned it inside out and relized i didnt wing the front very well :LOL so straight stiched it then trimed off the edge.
id like to see about using FOE but not entirly sure i know what do do/how to use it.
What do you mean by trim down the stride? i think it looks so big because of the prefold i plan on cutting up a couple of t's next time for a soaker.

Oh isn't that funny, it's purple not blue! It's probably my monitor! lol

I meant wide through the legs but I'm sure it's that prefold too, I think cutting up a double knit tee shirt for the soaker next time is a good idea, any old receiving blankets? They work great for material too!

As for FOE, I'm sure it's easy. I work with knits all the time for binding and it's the same basic concept as FOE. Some don't like FOE because on certain babies it leaves marks but others swear by it. Like all elastic it's pretty inexpensive so just get a little and give it a try! I'd love to see what you make with it!
