Good point about the fumes. Orange cleaners aren't as risky as many conventional cleaners (like oven cleaner
I had a terrible experience w/that once and now clean my oven w/Orange Plus and copper wool) but they're not completely safe to wallow in! When using orange cleaner at full strength in an enclosed space, like inside the oven, be sure to come up for fresh air every so often.
Also, you don't want to get any citrus-based cleaner in your eyes
and you must rinse it thoroughly off of cooking surfaces because, whether dangerous or not (I don't know), the odor and flavor of burnt orange peel is just not very pleasant.
