So far I have tried to enlighten 3 people and none of them care. The first was a co-worker, the 2nd my Dh's step-sister and the third is my friend and neighbor. I guess they just aren't taking me seriously since I did have my Ds circumcised. I swear to God though that if someone had enlightened me about it I would NOT have done it. I regret it every day of my life and have told them this. Will I every get through to anyone? I just don't know what else to say to people or if anyone will ever take me seriously.

I started my business career in sales and moved up from there through sales manager and onward. Through out my career, I was selling somebody on something. If it wasn't customers, it was employees, selling them on going to work for me, producing more, getting along with other employees, how to interact with customers and vendors, etc.
Every time I had to learn to sell something new, I failed my first few times but I always persevered until I ultimately pervailed and was successful. Every time I failed, I evaluated what I said and what the listener said. I studied body language and facial expressions. Eventually, I would hit on the right combination and would start making my sales in a very high percentage of situations. Sometimes it came within the first few tries and sometimes it would take months until I perfected it. However, I always did perfect it and was quite successful. I didn't have the option of failing. I had to eat and pay the rent and utilities.
The more you try, the more success you will have and with each success will come confidence in presenting your message and that confidence will show and make you even more successful. Just keep working on your presentation and you will prevail too!
