Water makes me burp

and they are some nasty tasting burps!!

I had a REALLY bad day yesterday, nearly threw up for the first time this pg. You see, normally when someone who's pg says that it's like 'oh that sucks' lol and I really do feel bad for thoes of you who have to deal with it. But if I throw up, I can not even make myself eat anything for at least a day, which we all know just makes you feel worse! And since this time around I have not only the growing baby to think about, but a 3 yr old who hardly understand the meaning of "NO!" so it's not like I can take a day off and lay in bed!

So since I felt so bad yesterday I couldn't bring myself to eat much, much less drink much! So here I was this morning with a headache from being dehydrated and hungry, so I had my usual breakfast, and now I'm working on water...but I am having the nastiest burps ever! (Btw, I did have these before, but didn't know it was the water causing them)

IT"S WATER FOR GOODNESS SAKES!! My Dr. Pepper 2 days ago didn't make me burp this much!

Ok, just my little rant for the day....sorry!

Just thought I'd pop in and say it could be an acid reflux type thing. If so, try taking papaya enzymes and a calcium/magnesium supplement, they both aid in digestion and help eliminate acid reflux/heart burn. They've worked wonders for me!

I went to look for papaya enzymes, but the herbalist gave me 'food enzymes' both she and my midwife said they were ok to take. And I was taking one at each meal, the burping didn't last as long, but they came on sooner and it worried me that I was going to vomit, but I didn't. So perhaps I'll start thoes up again. I would of course prefer just plain old papya!

Thanks guys for understanding myneed to vent about my little 'pesky' topic.

I am the same way with water during my pregnancies. I usually find a certain bottled water that I can handle and stick with it during the entire pg. This time my dh brought home Smart Water (which is really expensive and totally not worth it) and so far it is the only kind I can tolerate. Regular water makes me feel nauseaus, and like there is a rock in my stomach. Hope that helps and hope your burpies go away!!

Everything makes me burp. My dh finds it amusing, I find it annoying. I hope it goes away soon :
