any Pagans married to nonPagans?

How do you find a middle ground with holidays and sabbats? Is it difficult to participate in rituals (ex: May Day)?

I am. I'm new to my Pagan path, and hubby has not (yet) joined me, althoiugh I am hoping to string him along. He is very supportive of me and has no problems (so far) with celebrating the sabats, full moons, etc. The kids are little so we don't really do full on rituals, but a special meal and some activities or songs makes all of us happy.

I am pagan and DH is Jewish. So far we've had no difficulties with regard to religion. Pretty much I do my thing and he does his (which is basically nothing, unless you count non-Kosher family dinners on holidays). It actually works well because when I'm outside at my rituals, he is able to watch DS.

DH is agnostic. Does that count?

I'm informal enough that we haven't had any real conflict, but I have felt bothered when he rolled his eyes the times I've tried to start a Thank-you "prayer" before meals habit.

The times I have needed some time Alone for specific ritual purposes he's been supportive enough, but then how difficult is it to mind a toddler while the older child is asleep?
