How long have you used this product? 3 months
Fit/Sizing: One sits fist most. Fits me (5'9"/130lbs) and DH (6'2.5"/210lbs) with minimal adjustment. Would fit smaller and larger folks, too.
Performance: Very durable fabric, excellent sewing quality, plastic buckles are attractive and durable, padding is comfortable and hasn't shifted. Pocket is nice size and easy to access.
Workmomship: Excellent. See Performance.
Customer Service/Communication: I have had no problems, but the lady that gave it to me said they were very nice. The paperwork that accompanies the sling is comprehensive, easy to read and very helpful. It's also good to share with other folks.
Would you purchase this product again? Yes, undoubtedly.
Have you made a complaint to the WAHM about the product? No. I have no complaints to make.
Additional Comments: I highly recommend this for a daily driver kind of sling. Wide variety of colors/combos available. DH and I both really enjoy it.
