You could make something similar by converting an ABC type pattern. I really need to finish the one I started.

I made an ABC with the free directions here:

It wasn't hard to do and you can wear it as a front or back carrier very comfortably. I recommend making wide straps that are longer than you necessarily need (I made mine a little too small, but the one I made for dh with bigger straps was much better).
