heading to the hypnotherapist...

Hi again, all,

I'm going for hypnotherapy today. I had a few sessions with him several years ago, so I know he's worth trying. He says that he treats PPD frequently and has good success, so I'm hopeful about the near future! I'll post my results...

Also, things are better circumstancially anyway. DH has really shifted his way of "being" with me lately to be so understanding! So even if the PPD hasn't lifted, DH is making life so much better for me by helping me in all the best ways!!

I'm starting the process of PT or EC Max this week. A lot to bite off at once!! But I do feel hopeful...

Peace and healing!

Good luck with both the hypnotherapy and the PTing. That is a lot to bite off. Heck, PTing is hard enough when you are totally emotionally stable.

OK. The session was great!! I had remembered that the results I got from previous sessions with this therapist were dramatic, but I didn't remember just how much so. Maybe I couldn't actually remember such powerful feelings as I haven't felt much in 2.5 years!!

But I'm feeling SSOOOOO hopeful today! The whole day leading up to the session was like swimming upstrem while holding a cannonball. I was very frazzled when I arrived. But I've been very peaceful for the rest of the day - even though it's still been difficult events. Having a modicum of grace and poise is a very good sign, and feels GREAT!!!

I'll check in again soon! Happy vibes to everyone!!
