very simple reversible pants pattern?

Looking for a baby (12 mos) and/or toddler pattern. Must be super easy since I haven't sewn clothes before but know "how" to sew. I stick with toys, blankets, wipes, etc.
My baby's cloth diaper butt is too big for most of his pants so I need some cute alternatives.
Either to buy or on-line would be great.

These aren't reversible pants -- but they do look super-easy and it's a free pattern. They look perfect for fitting over a cloth-diapered bum!
