What would you do...

...with a mountain of stretch cord? I have 30+ yards here, and I'm wondering what I should do with it all! I originally bought this stuff to make pouches, but long ago decided I wasn't getting into that business. So now what?

I have two really nice solids (a blue and a yellow) that I'm thinking would make a pretty quilt, so I may cut some down into patches for that. Any other ideas?

Oh, you mean corduroy!! I was thinking you had all this elastic cording and I had no ideas for that! lol!

Hmm, it might make cute flared pants? A spring pea coat? Soft balls or beanbags?

Yes, corduroy.

Flared pants would be cute! Might be more than I can handle right now, but I should put some aside for that... Balls and bean bags are definitely small enough projects for me to manage. Thanks!

Maybe shopping bags/totes? They'd be fairly simple. And multi-purpose - used as toy bags, craft bags, wrapping 'paper' bags, etc. etc. Or maybe a teepee cover for play out in the yard? Just don't ask me how you would actually do it LOL

DO you think you could make a hammock out of some of it? I'm just thinking you'll be making balls and beanbags until you're 92 with 30 yards, kwim? LOL

Reading my mind, Mama! I was sitting watching a movie and planning out all the totes I could make for grocery shopping, gifts, etc. Maybe some cute little bags for my nieces. And a patchwork skirt for me!

And :LOL on the beanbags when I'm 92!
