How long have you used this product? 2 mos
Fit/Sizing: The body style is a little smaller than some other mei tais and I prefer this over others-it didn't overwhelm me or the baby. It's fully adjustable-just tighten straps as needed (she will custom strap length)
The angled shoulder straps are normally 3.5 inches but I had mine made 4 inches wide and I love the fit and comfort of this width.
Performance: This mei tai is awesome and the most used of the 4 that I currently own. The unique design has a tall stiff headrest that can fold down. This is great for small babies without a lot of head control or in case of "wobbly sleepy head." But it can be folded down when they get bigger.
Very comfy and I've used it for front and back carries with my 4 mos old.
Workmomship: excellent, no problems at all
Customer Service/Communication: Karen is great to work with! She contacted me to ask me how I liked it and has always answered my e-mails promptly.
Would you purchase this product again? YES (I have her mei hip too and love it as much)
