Well i think we made a deal with my brother. There are 2 cabins up by my moms. They are w/o electricity phone lines etc... And my brother wants to but them. But we wanted the lower cabin.(talked my dh into it) Now he is more excited about it then me. Anyway My ancestors owned like 500plus acres up there and now my mom only owns 75 of it. One 6 acre peice now has a baby blue trailer on it and this last year he cut down every tree on his property!!!!AAAAAHHHHH What a $%$#$%#$%!!!! On the edge of his property is the oldest shag bark hickory in nys. And my mom went down and literally got a posse of friends to stop him from cutting it. She tried explaining why he shouldn't, and thankfully he agreed. He said it will fall anyway, and My mom said she would personally take care of it if it did. So that is the only standing tree on that property now. But lots of lovely pink flamingo's and things 
Now that I am rambling on. My brother said we could go in on halves for the cabins and 135 acres. He just does not want someone buying and selling of acre by acre to morons. So we are going to try to get that in motion in the next year or so. My brother want be living there until he gets back from Africa. There is inside plumbing Run off of the spring alreaday and woodstove for heat. A back porch that over looks a little brook. It is really great. It need alot of work, But very well worth it!!!! So I hope to be updating you on this soon!!!!
