where can i find this hardware?

Can anyone help me pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease? Hera is custom-sewing a messenger bag for me, but I have a very specific strap in mind and we haven't been able to find the hardware for it. I don't know what it's called -- a squarish bar adjuster thingy, like the thing on a bra strap? OK, I want a big funky metal one. Am I dreaming?

i hope something there helps you out. if not, try to yahoo metal tri-glide or metal buckle or metal ladder lock and you should find a bunch more places like the ones i found.
