great NIP experience in linens and things!!!

I just wanted to share...

I was shopping at L&T this weekend (yes i've bee busy this week so I had to wait to share) and I've not yet really got the hang of nursing in the sling while I walk. I was sorta fumbling and trying not to look like a dope while trying to hide belly fat.. :

Anyway, this really nice employee comes up to me and says

"ma'am, if you would be more comfortable, you're welcome to rest and nurse him up FRONT in the patio furniture. It's right across from the entrance. There's a great reclining chais lounge that I just love!"


HOLY CRAP!

I'm writing them a letter to tell them what a great job they are doing on breastfeeding training. Of course they may not have trained her to do that but hey, any encouragment is good right?

I sat there nursing wishing I had a camera phone to share with you all.
And then I didn't even buy anything... they didn't have what I was looking for though.

That is super cool! If it had been me as soon as she opened her mouth I probably woud have gotten an ugly look thinking oh, no shes goona tell me to go to the bathroom or somewhere in a corner.
Maybe she was a nursing mother herself. Or had been at one time.

She was an older lady but I imagine she nursed or maybe she has a nursing daughter...

I almost got defensive too! Thank goodness I kept my mouth shut.
