With my first 2, I brought almond oil to the hospital and my OB did lots of perineal massage/stretching. She said it worked lots better than the KY they routinely use and was happy to see it with my second baby. I'm wondering if almond oil is the best, or should I bring something else for this one? Is olive oil better?
