Maybe this is a no brainer, but I wanted to get some input. My son (20 mo) has nut and egg allergies. As it gets colder, I wanted to get a good cream for his skin, preferably a natural one. However, all these lovely natural products (Weleda, e.g.) seem to have almond or peanut oil as a major ingredient, to replace petroleum based products I guess.
Now, logically I shouldn't even think about buying the almond oil stuff, I know, but before the allergies were diagnosed (at 17 months or so), I frequently used Weleda diaper care products with NO PROBLEM. (We suspected the problem with his grandma's walnut cookies.) So maybe the oils are an intert form and don't cause a reaction? Or should I stick with Eucerin and A&D?
