Pregnant, Breastfeeding and baby girl has a breast lump

Has anyone had any experiences with this. I am not too sure where to post this but I was hoping someone here would have some info.

I am 30 weeks pg and still nursing my 14 month old. I just found a large pea size lump behind her nipple. It was never there before. I'm not too sure how long it has been there but no longer then a month. I know when babies are born they sometime have lumps or leak milk...etc
So is it my hormones with the progression of my pg. or environmental stuff.
Should I take her in??
Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Hmmm... I've not heard of this. I'd check with her ped. if you go to one or homeopath. You might do a search at kellymom, but I've never run across an article on that. I do remember they could get a little mini "period" after birth from being exposed to your hormones - maybe similar. Either way, better choose the safe route and see if someone with some expertise can look at it.
