As TiredX2 posted, the amount of alcohol in your bloodstream is the same as the amount of alcohol in your breastmilk. When the alcohol is out of your bloodstream, it's out of your breastmilk! If you are legally drunk (I'm not suggesting you get legally drunk, as a drunk parent isn't a responsible parent, just making an example!) you have as much alcohol in your bloodstream as does a "nonalcoholic" beer (O'Douls and the like).
