Source for rug hooking supplies or kit?

A friend who knows I'm crafty is interested in making hooked rugs and having trouble finding supplies--not latch hook, but the kind with the wool strips. Does anybody have a source for supplies for this? She was particularly interested in buying a kit that had a pattern, instructions, and all the parts included, as she didn't feel like she was artistic enough to design her own.

I'd love links if you know where she can get this stuff. TIA
