Tell me the diff. between Waldorf and Montessori....PLEASE

I am new to all this...so please bear with me.
I am looking for the diff. of these two types of schools.
Also....what are the pro's and con's of each....

I have a 6 year old that will be starting 1st grade this fall....the school where he has been attending K...just isn't working out.
