i am CONSTANTLY nauseous. there are maybe about 2 hours out of a 24 hour period that i don't feel like i'm about to hurl. i haven't puked yet but the nausea is unfrigginbearable. i wasn't like this with DS. i was nauseous if i didn't eat, but it wasn't constant like this!!

i've also been belching so much it's disgusting.

and having bowel issues.

i just want to curl up in a ball and wake up when i've hit my 2nd trimester.

i know that others have it a lot worse than i do and i can't even imagine it because i feel so miserable all the time.

just thought i'd share.

Oh I know how you feel I have been very nauseous too. It is miserable isn't it. We are going to tell family on Sunday because I need to get some time from work when I feel so horrible and MIL can fill in for me.

Have you found anything to help it?

I hear you. I am just thankful that I haven't yet joined the I Puked club, despite the fact that I'm close 20 times a day. Plus I'm so exhausted I fall asleep with my 2-year old at his 8:00 bedtime. Hopefully we'll all feel better soon!

I can join the I feel like crap club.

I am so darn tired. I think I'm constipated. Very nauseous. My back hurts. Whine whine whine.

But at least I'm not puking.

Yeah, me too. Crappy nausea all day long (feel temporarily better when I eat, so I eat all day long), constipated, gassy, insomnia, exhaustion (I want so bad to excersize to keep fit, but too tired), etc....

My first preg was twin girls and I was feeling like a million bucks from day one to birth. This one is so very different, I feel like,,,,OK, I'm done now....Hate feeling like crap all day long! Want to feel great like with first time around!

I feel like crap, too, except right now I woke up and feel ok....but most of the time crap...and crap is probably the right word to use because I MUST be full of it, since I can't seem to get rid of any of it......yes ladies constipation...is that TMI???? I even bought PRUNE JUICE and have been drinking a warm glass each night and bought a cereal with 14 grams of fiber....yummmmmm............

Ummm...take back what I said last night about not puking. Ugh.

Star Cat ~Try drinking a lot more water. It can really help move things along.

I feel like crap for another reason. I have a 10 week quarter off from teaching to get my lab and research up and going. I ordered the main piece of equipment in January, and the university purchasing people STILL haven't sent t he PO out to the vendor. I've wasted 3 months of time dinking around the lab with a table full of useless stuff. How am I supposed to work if the university keeps me from getting the stuff I need.

I'll join this club...I'm so tired I can barely function. I've also got all-day nausea, dizziness, and hormonal and bowel issues.

And I have to add a story from yesterday. I was on the subway, feeling the worst I've felt yet, I think. I was sitting down, eyes closed while the train was moving to avoid puking all over the lady next to me, and my head was spinning. We stop at a station and a man with a cane comes on. I was pretty far from the door. Everyone near the door glanced at the man and then casually glanced away! No one would give up their seat! So I gave him mine, obviously. He was so grateful, as if this never happens to him! What has the world come to when the only person who will give up a seat for a disabled man is the pregnant lady? And this is Canada, land of the polite and friendly. Polite and friendly my @$$!

Okay, rant over.

Ok - this is my first post here in the Due Date Club. I have know for a while but frankly have not had the energy to write. But today when I saw this headline - I thought - oh ya - I am right there with you.

I am amazed on how nauseous I feel. I am in complete sympathy with you all.

Argh.

Several years ago one of my favorite columnists in San Francisco found himself on crutches for a few weeks. In something like 2 weeks of consistently taking public transit, the only person who offered him a seat was a woman he thought was probably about 8 months pregnant.

Sheesh.

I took public transport when p/g with Aaron. I went in to work on my due date, and couldn't get a seat on the train. I ended up standing for over an hour. I actually didn't mind, as I was hoping to get things moving, but thought it was a bit odd...

"no, no. Please don't give me your seat. I'd like to get labor moving. Thanks, though." Really, if you'd said that, you probably would have had 50 offers so they wouldn't have to watch you in labor :LOL

More work crap:
and one more for good measure.

Wendy -

I'm so sorry about the work crap. I used to work at a big state university and purchasing was a nightmare. Yuck. So sorry you're having to deal with that, and not being able to best use your teaching release.
