Dh worked for citi for a short stint when he was in between churches. He will NEVER have a citibank card...and you have to be careful becaue they are everywhere...gas cards, Sears cards...EVERYWHERE!

When he left there they gave us a check for his last one. We deposited it. IT was 2 weeks after we put it in the bank and they pulled it out of our checking acct. They put a stop on the check and tothis day they still haven't sent us notice that it was gone. Our bank sent us notice but not the company. Then we recieved a bill. They had over paid him 2x. THey considered it a loan we had to pay back and tried to charge us INTEREST on a mistake they made BEFORE they notified us of the mistake.
Anyway, ask for them to take it off. THey just might.
