Ethiopian recipes?

We just went to an Ethiopian restaurant last week, and the food was sooooo good! UMMM! Anyone know how to make injera, or any of the veggie dishes?

Italy was in Ethiopia for a while, so many Ethiopian dishes have an Italian flavor.

My BIL is there working for the U.N.

I've got a recipe for doro wat around here somewhere... I agree, I love Ethiopian food!

Oh, and I also have a recipe for injera, but it's a quickie version. I think injera is a fermented bread, like sourdough, so it means it has to sit out for a while. But you can make an approximation that tastes pretty good about as easily as you can make pancakes. I'll dig up that recipe too.
