recycling coffe grounds?

Any good ideas? We just got a toddy maker and I have a pound of wet coffe grounds leftover and I really hate to throw them away. My sister reccomended I use them as some sort of scrub since I guess coffe is good for celulite. Recipes? Ideas? I don't compost. We're about to move and it's a bad time to start something like that.

you don't have to compost them. If you have roses, azaleas, gardenias, or other flowering shrubs that like an acidic soil, just scatter them under the bush. Or give them to someone who does have plants like that in their yard, they will thank you for it!

i tried making a multi purpose scrub/ garden stuff.

I mixed

coffee grounds
brown sugar
honey
flax seeds
TTO

Now, hindsight I realize I cannot use this in a garden if I don't want zillions of ants. Bummer. MAybe it will still make good body scrub?

They repell ants. I sprinkle in garden and close to doors in the warm months.

You can mix them with a bit of melted wax to make good fireplace starters.

If you have dark hair, steep them in hot water then use as a rinse to cover greys.

You can dry them on a cookie sheet, then stuff some in the toe of a stocking or pantyhose and hang in the closet/fridge/under car seat to deodorise.

Mix with an egg white for a good facial scrub.
