Thank you for the link, I will send away for some of the starter. I also am going to try and make some today--sooo, if anyone has a good recipe, I'm still looking.
I made it today and used 1/3 of the dough for a pizza and it turned out pretty yummy. I froze another 1/3 just to see if it freezes well. I'm just baking the rest into a loaf as I type, so we'll see how that turns out.
